Introducing the Smiley Ranking Type
Marketing scientists have discovered that people love anything that resembles a face. In fact, it’s this kind of research that helped Mini Cooper enhance the design of its cars to more closely resemble the face of a human baby.
I mentioned this to introduce Survease’s latest graphic question type, the smiley face. The Smiley Face question type is our way of helping you to generate a stronger engagement with the respondent. How to use the smiley face question type
- Add a “Scale of five” question type to your survey
- Insert your question
- From the drop-down menu choose “Smiley”
- Choose whether or not this question is mandatory
- Choose whether or not one can leave a comment
- And you are done!
